The best time to visit Lapland for a winter vacation is from December through March. During this period, you can expect consistent snow cover, winter temperatures, and ideal conditions for typical activities such as viewing the Northern Lights, husky safaris, or snowmobile tours.

No. All activities are designed so that even beginners can participate comfortably. You’ll receive a calm, clear briefing before each tour, and your guide will be right by your side the entire time. The small group sizes also help you feel safe.

It sounds extreme, but thanks to the dry air, it usually feels more comfortable than you might think.

We’ll provide you with essential gear and give you tips on how to dress to stay warm. Back at the lodge, you can warm up in the sauna and enjoy cozy evenings.

Lapland is one of the best places in Europe to see the Northern Lights. Of course, we can’t guarantee that you’ll see them, but from December through March, the chances are often good—especially when the sky is clear.
