Imagine this: You step out of the helicopter, the wind dies down, and suddenly everything is quiet. Far away from everyday life, with no distractions. Just you, the mountains of the Swedish fjäll, and a simple cabin that will be your home for three days. To make up for it, you’ll spend three nights afterward at the comfortable Villa Björklund by the lake.
Amid all this, there’s time for conversation, for settling in, and for moments you can’t plan. Look forward to a small group (4–8 people) and personalized guidance.
You’ll spend your first night in Bodø at a hotel—a relaxing start before the adventure begins.
Then you’ll head into the mountains for four days (3 nights), where you’ll stay in a simple, rustic stuga: stripped down to the essentials, surrounded by nature, and living in harmony with the rhythm of the wilderness.
After these days of seclusion, you’ll enjoy three nights at Villa Björklund—located right on the lake, complete with a panoramic sauna, a canoe, and a stand-up paddleboard. It’s the perfect place to unwind, take a deep breath, and let the experiences sink in.
All of these places offer exactly what you need after a trip into the wilderness: warmth, good food, and simple comforts—without any unnecessary frills.
Michael, your German-speaking guide, will be by your side all week: calm, experienced, and with a genuine passion for the mountains.

The daily or weekly schedule may vary, for example, due to weather conditions, and we will adjust it individually to suit the circumstances. If, for example, an activity is canceled due to bad weather, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.
Yes. The hike back to civilization is between 17 and 25 km long and takes several hours. So you should have some hiking experience, and especially a pair of well-broken-in boots. However, all activities are designed so that even beginners with less experience can manage them easily. You’ll receive a calm, clear briefing before each activity, and your guide will be by your side at all times. The small group sizes also help you feel safe.
Temperatures typically range from 10 °C to 20 °C. But especially in the mountainous region where we’ll be spending time, temperatures can vary greatly. The weather in Lapland is like a box of chocolates—you never know what you’re going to get. One day it might be 30 °C, and two days later 5 °C with rain. We’ll provide tips and a packing list to help you dress appropriately.
